We personally inspect each item that we distribute to ensure we are selling only the best to our customers. Once our items  shipp to our customers,  Bouleau Toys waives all responsibility and liability for the use of our products. Customers should always inspect all items before using them and inspect and monitor the wear and tear of their products over time, discontinuing use at the first signs of damage.

Please note that each of our items are hand painted therefore there may be mirror imperfections in paint as well as discoloration from the natural wood. If you have concerns about chips with your items, please contact us directly. We want our customers to be satisfied, so we are always happy to work with you regarding any concerns.
